Our Embodied Radiance Women’s Circle is a sanctuary for renewal – flowing with the moon and seasonal cycles, honouring your natural rhythms and nourishing your inner light.

Leave each gathering feeling grounded, inspired, nourished and deeply supported.

Group Overview

A sacred monthly gathering for women – including those who identify as women – of all ages, who wish to deepen their connection to their heart, body wisdom, inner beauty, and natural feminine power.

This is your space to awaken your embodied radiance – to feel nourished, centred, and aligned with your soul. Together we flow with the seasonal and moon energies, honouring what is ready to be transformed, so that we return again and again to our centre, our truth, and our natural luminosity.

Each month’s theme shifts in harmony with the moon cycle and time of year. You’ll be invited into practices and experiences that nurture your body, open your heart, and replenish your inner well.

You will leave feeling grounded, calm, confident, inspired, and supported — ready to bring your feminine radiance into every area of your life.

Samhain — Resting in the Betwixt and Between

We are on the precipice of Samhain, the Celtic turning of the Wheel, when we honour the ending of the Celtic year and the beginning of the next. This is a pivotal window of pause, a time to reflect on the year that has passed and gather the harvest of what we have learned, experienced and grown within ourselves.

As we prepare to descend into the darker phase of the year, we are invited to slow down, to rest and to listen. To honour the seeds that are beginning to stir within our hearts, and to connect with our ancestors — opening to the love, wisdom and strength that can be found in those who came before us, and allowing ourselves to be nourished by that connection as we enter the descent.

We will create space to share and receive one another, to honour what has been, and to gently release what we no longer need into the cauldron of transformation. This may include old patterns or ancestral threads that are ready to be released. There is no need to do it all at once — the autumn and winter offer us a whole season in which to let go, soften and come to rest.

Most of all, this circle is an invitation to pause in the betwixt and between. To breathe. To receive. To feel held by the wisdom and love of those who came before us. And to listen within for how you wish to be nourished through the winter months, setting gentle intentions for how you want to feel and be as you move into this quieter time of the year.

Together we will unite with the Earth and deepen our awareness of our unique rhythm and cyclical nature welcoming this connection into our daily lives.

This is a sacred circle that offers you a safe, non-judgemental space to heal, connect, nourish your connection to Spirit and our beloved Mother Earth, find clarity, guidance, comfort and feel empowered to follow your path of truth, whilst held in circle with your fellow sisters.

I have been holding space for for women since 2000 and it is my joy to hold these circles as a safe, sacred container where all of you is welcome. Together, we co-create the change we wish to see, midwiving the dreams of our New Earth.

What to Expect

Our circles weave together a variety of soul-nourishing practices starting with a grounding connecting meditation and space to share if you wish:

• Feminine embodiment & sacred womb practice – gentle yet powerful movement, breathwork, and energetic healing to cleanse, nourish, and awaken your feminine power.
• Feel cleansed and renewed – working with the power of sound, drumming and drum journeys and other times deeply resting in the pure sounds of my crystal singing bowls and chimes.
• Sharing circle – a safe and non-judgemental space to be heard, witnessed, and celebrated.
• Moon & seasonal attunement – work with the energy of the current moon phase and your own inner cycle and intentions to increase flow, intuition, and creativity.
• Align with your soul and spirit giving you a sense of peace, clarity and knowing.
• Connection with Mother Earth – ground deeply, realign with your natural rhythms, and plant your roots firmly in the present moment.
• Sisterhood support – feel held in a loving community that honours all of you – your tears, joy, fears, laughter, and dreams.  All of you is welcome.

A sacred afternoon to soften into the body, awaken feminine radiance, and connect with like-minded women. You will leave feeling renewed, uplifted, grounded and nourished.

What to bring:

• Please bring something to lay on and a blanket and cushion so you feel comfortable.  The floors at The Retreat are wooden and can feel a bit hard when laying down.
• Water (it is important to stay hydrated)
• A drum and/or rattle if you have one.
  I have two spare drums and spare rattles that you are welcome to borrow.
• Any personal crystals, talismen objects of power that you wish to place in the sacred space to absorb the energies.

Refunds
If I have to cancel the event, you will receive either a full refund (excluding eventbrite fees) or I can transfer your booking towards any next Event scheduled in the next six months.

In the event of you deciding to cancel your booking, as long as I receive this in writing up to 7 days prior to the event you can receive a refund via Eventbrite (Eventbrite fees are non-refundable). Alternatively, I can transfer your booking to the next event.
