A retreat in the heart of Avalon to honour our ancestors and receive their wisdom and gifts ready for the next quantum shift in 2024.

Sonraya and Pippa Handley-Cooke have long felt the call to co-create an offering of potent love and alchemy in the peaceful sanctuary of Chalice Well Gardens, Glastonbury.
You are warmly invited to join them as they gather around the ethereal fire to connect with the post energies of Samhain, and the waning, near dark moon. To witness ourselves and our family tree as those aspects are honoured and old energies released.
Picture yourself from this day how much more Lightness and Freedom you feel, and the deeper dialogue you have with your body temple and the inspirations you receive from your soul.
Workshop Overview:
This is an interactive event that wholly supports you, as you connect with yourself and the golden hive of creation, as this day supports your rest in Winter preparing you for renewal in the Spring. This is for those who wish to reclaim their Divine Sovereignty encouraging the power of Womb/Hara- Heartful connections.
This is open to both men and women as we invite you to join in unity.
Workshop will include:
- A gentle shamanic journey for release -open a deeper connection to your ancesters wisdom, allowing old patterns and beliefs to dissolve in the heart light.
- Bee exploration for nourishment and embodiment – being at one with the Hive and feeling the loving nourishment this brings. Receiving new light codes, planting them in the fertile dark soil of our hearts and haras ready for spring rebirth.
- Co-creating sacred weaving in the heart of Avalon – opening to the great Mystery and your part to play within it.
- Magical elemental connections from within the gardens creating sacred ceremony.
- An expansive sharing of sacred sounds including beautiful vibrations from the water memory collection of PipEssence to bring calm, balance and peaceful alignment.
