A weekend filled with over 30 enriching classes, workshops, and talks. The Retreat’s summer festival is set to be a transformative journey, bringing together an extraordinary range of practitioners from both near and far.

A Deeper Connection with Gaia
I will be sharing my journey of a deep reverence for Mother Earth and how she has helped me on my spiritual journey.
I will share how you too can have a deeper connection with Gaia’s emerald heart and the importance of connecting with her as you move through this transformative period in our history. Will include a short meditation and prayer of thanksgiving to receive Gaia’s blessings.
My first book, ‘Mother Earth is Calling You – Winter Wisdom’ will be on sale for you to buy at the end of my talk or at my book stall at the Festival. Payable by either cash or card. £15.99

Feminine Embodiment Session with Sound
A session for women, young or older who would benefit from connecting more deeply with their heart/body wisdom and inner beauty and power.
Feminine embodiment practice and sacred womb healing to nourish your inner well and replenish, bringing flow, balance, and stability.
Includes:
- Feminine sacred womb practice and breathwork to cleanse, nourish and heal.
- Through guided meditation, enjoy a renewed connection with your sacred womb.
- Receive sacred healing and activations through breathwork and Sound to awaken your feminine power and increase your levels of intuition and confidence in your self-expression.
- Feel empowered and supported as you are held within sacred space with your sisters.
- Set new intentions for the current new Moon phase.
