Come together in beautiful sacred space to connect in Sisterhood to heal and ignite the Heart Flame of Love and Passion. Let go and embrace your radiant Light, and bring your heart-warming presence to nurture your new creations that are ready to flourish in the coming weeks on this day of the Full Moon.
In this full day Retreat, we will be connecting with the Celtic Goddess Brigid/Bridget and the rhythms of Imbolc to awaken our inner fires of Love, creativity and passion. As the Earth begins to stir with new growth, we have this wonderful opportunity to draw upon Gaia’s life force to awaken the Creator self within us.

An open, grateful heart has the magnetic pulse to attract our deepest desires, allowing us to receive more joy, love and abundance.
Quite often we don’t realise we are holding on to old grievances, resistance, and defences that have been put up over the years out of self-protection. In doing so we limit the luminosity of the heart’s ability to attract all that we desire – for the highest good.
The Goddess Bridget brings her Sacred Flame to awaken the Heart’s Love so that we and all our creations may be nurtured and illuminated. She brings a renewal of inspiration, passion and reawakens the inner Maiden’s wild innocence and sense of wonder and magic with the natural world where she feels at home.
Workshop Overview:
The Celtic Goddess Brigid / Bridget/Brigit/Bride
We will be guided by the loving Goddess Brigid, or Bridget, who is Keeper of the Sacred Flame and celebrated on the 1 February each year, with the Celtic Festival of Imbolc meaning ‘in the belly’. This is a time when the lambing season has begun and snowdrops and crocuses begin to push through the dark coldness of winter’s veil, in a display of hope and light that spreads across the land.
She is a Goddess of Fire and of the hearth – fire that awakens the passion to grow, she awakens us from our winter sleep and prepares us for the abundance of fertility at the Spring Equinox.
Bridget is well known and loved in Kildare, Ireland and across our sacred landscapes, for her poetry, beautiful healing and divination, smithcraft and her Sacred Wells that offer her life-giving waters of rebirth.
She brings her Sacred Flame to awaken the Heart’s Love so that we and all our creations may be nurtured and illuminated. She brings a renewal of inspiration, passion and reawakens the inner Maiden’s wild innocence and sense of wonder and magic with the natural world where she feels at home.
Bridget will be our loving guide as we journey towards The Spring Equinox, a time of abundant fertility and new spring growth.
Workshop will include:
- We will begin our day in sacred ceremony with Ceremonial Cacao, drinking this heartwarming and nourishing plant medicine to prepare our hearts to receive more love and joy.
- A Shamanic Drum Journey guiding you to meet the Goddess Bridget and her Spirit Animals, to receive an Initiation with her Sacred Flame for healing, reawakening, and expanding your own Heart Flame.
- Gentle movement and dance to shake loose and awaken ourselves from our wintery sleep.
- Create your own Heart Mandala exploring with paint and materials to bring alive your your soul’s passion.
- Sacred Ceremony to honour our Heart’s Flame of Love – so we can create from a place of heart-full gratitude and plenty.
- Relax and integrate all that you have received whilst bathing in the angelic crystalline frequencies of a Sound Bath. Surrender and receive what you need for a harmonious rebirth.

I will be offering further Spring Retreats to Nourish, Renew and Rebalance your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. This day will be open to both men and women. We will be working with the creative potential of the Flower of Life to empower our wildest dreams and create a new blueprint for our soul’s purpose.
