Workshop Overview
The Great Council of Grandmothers is guiding me once again, to call women together in sacred circle ready for some important and powerful healing that will align us firmly on our path of power.
It is time to heal the split between the feminine and masculine, to reclaim and own our power, to stand firm and strong as women together, the embodiment of the Divine Feminine.
Along with our spirit guides, the Council of Grandmothers will guide, support and nourish us with their power and wisdom, strengthening our resolve, building our inner resilience and assisting us in remembering and recalling our gifts and wisdom.
This is a powerful time of year as we begin our descent into the darker months of the year. Our true nature as woman is to rest and replenish in the womb of the Mother.
These are essential ingredients we need to cultivate as women to prepare us for a loving and an abundant spring. It is one that honours our natural rhythms and cycles and flow in life.
Autumn/Winter is a perfect time to honour our ancestors and begin to heal and release old patterning brought down our mother and father lineage. There is also much ‘gold’ to be received in terms of new gifts and wisdom to be returned as we embrace our sovereignty.
Programme includes:
- Full Retreat on Saturday 11 December 2021, 10- 5pm.
- Our Retreat will take place in The Barn Studio at the beautiful venue The Retreat, a dedicated space to your health and wellbeing located on the edge of The New Forest.
- Your Retreat includes a delicious homecooked Vegan lunch, provided by the Crow Spotter’s Vegan cafe and served in a private dining area
- Morning and afternoon teas and coffee are served.
- Optional addition – a 2 hour online Zoom workshop on 18 November 21, 7.30- 9.30 pm
- This begins our Journey together, connecting with our Ancestors and our deep dive into inner cave.

Retreat Programme Include:
Our journey will focus on Heart/Womb Healing being the vessel for our inner alchemy and Ancestral Healing with our mother and father lineage. This will help fully activate our power ready for receiving the new energies of 2022 coming in at the Winter Solstice.
We will focus on the lower chakras, rooting down and bringing our power and energy through our heart centre.
The Grandmothers are powerful and wise and are ready to hold us through these great changes to bring us strength and nourishment.

- Begin our Journey together with a shamanic journey to connect with our Inner Cave, supported by the Council of Grandmothers and our Elders.
- Working with our inner cave of alchemy and the Cauldron of transformation.
Saturday 11 December:
- Travelling deeper in Shamanic Journey – The Cave of Elders
- Ancestral Healing – healing patterns of betrayal that affect our self-esteem and worthiness
- Working with our inner cave of alchemy and the Cauldron of transformation
- Sacred ceremony, connecting with the Sacred Oak and our ancestors
- Connect with Grandmother Weaver and the Cosmic Womb in Dreamtime to sow new seeds of growth and positivity.
- Receive nourishment from the Galactic Heart and our Star Ancestors
- Working with the Net of light and your place within the web.
- Finish the day with a gentle Sound Healing Bath with crystal singing bowls/Tibetan bowls, to balance and harmonise our system.

Covid Precautions
We will be following current Covid- Government guidelines (last updated September 2021).
During the Retreat days together, we have limited the bookings to a maximum of 8 women plus myself. The Barn Studio at The Retreat is spacious and airy with high ceiling so I anticipate there being plenty of space. We will have breaks when you will be able to get plenty of fresh air in Nature.
Hand sanitiser is available for your use.
We would expect everyone to take responsibility for their health, making sure you are symptom free before attending. There will be a Covid Risk Assessment form for each participant to complete prior to attending each workshop day. I will send this out a few days before and to be completed and returned the day before.

About Sonraya
My journey with the Sacred Feminine has been a deep and rich experience and continues to offer me opportunities for further soul embodiment and expression. My spiritual work with women has also been my focus for 20 years or more, holding space and a loving heart to help women welcome themselves home to their true selves. It is a journey of remembrance and I love to weave and create sacred space to help you do just that. I am a catalyst for change co-creating alchemy with spirit, helping you to transform and awaken you to your golden heart centred self, grounded and rooted in truth.
I have been initiated as High Priestess of the Goddess through a 2 year training course back in 2000 which re-ignited my love of the Earth and my journey to awaken the Sacred Feminine within me and others. This has been a journey to heal the wounds of the feminine and also my masculine so that I can come even closer in to sacred union with myself. I am privileged to be a channel for Divine inspiration and healing with a passion to awaken and facilitate a sacred union within from which all flows.
